Fill in all of the appropriate fields provided upon the creation of a "New Thread" in the "Intelligence Entries" board with the character information requested. ☆V. Await induction by a staff member. Make any changes requested to be made by a staff member if any eg. revision of the parameters of your character's "skills." ☆VI. When induced into the database, your character's skills will be given official definition outlining their exact effects in terms of RolePlay; or more specifically; in terms of the mechanisms of the "Deceit System." Your character's registry will be moved to the "Persona Index" board. At this point, your registry is set and cannot be modified directly by you. ☆VII.
